Nomination Procedure
- Awards Period: 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018
- Nomination is to be done electronically via the internet at Cathay Pacific 2018 Hong Kong Sports Stars Awards official website (https://sportstar2018.hkolympic.org). Online nomination system will be opened for data submission from now till 28 December 2018.
- Please submit the Nomination Form/s generated from the online system duly declared and signed by the nominated athlete/team representative together with the authorized signature of your NSA’s Elected Officer and chop of your NSA in hard copy to SF&OC Secretariat at 2/F, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong on or before 28 December 2018 at 12:00 noon. Incomplete nomination form/s will not be accepted. (Please mark “Cathay Pacific 2018 Hong Kong Sports Stars Awards Nomination Form/s” on the envelope).
- Late submission of the nomination form will not be accepted.
- Online nomination system will be closed after 12:00 noon, 28 December 2018. Nomination form cannot be amended, withdrawn or substituted after submission.
